Grand Slam

Allow me to set the scene. Monday night football, I'm surrounded by eager fans and a friendly and attentive wait staff. I order a draft of Budlight. It's crisp. My eyes water, my throat tingles. In the absolute best way. I've worked up a hunger. The Grand Slam featuring 5 delicious deep fried finger foods is the only obvious choice to complete my evening. I start with the Fried Ravioli, crispy, creamy, and accompany it with the luscious marinara. Bursts of tomatoes and Italian seasonings hit my pallet. My next choice is the unmatched bone in chicken wings. Golden brown, cooked to perfection. Coated in a bold, spicy, tangy, mouth watering sauce. A recipe to write home about. With the remainder of the chicken wings hot sauce, I dip the chicken strips. Yes, it's that good. Now that I've had my fill of all my favorites, I slide the remaining items to my buddies, where they devour airy Onion Rings and juicy deep fried mushrooms. I leave Mattie's, once again, satisfied.
